​Isolde Fehrmann is retiring and closing all of her Western Condo Management HOA Accounts. Your 2018 and 2019 boards screened several property management firms and selected two for an in- person interview.  We selected Personal Touch Property Management, Inc. to be our new manager.  We wish Isolde well with her retirement. She has been with our HOA since its inception in 1985.
We look forward to our new business relationship with Personal Touch, a local firm based in San Dimas. Please refer to the January minutes for more information about Personal Touch.
